4 Paws Pet Lodge is a new construction project in Fishers, IN. The facility incorporates pet boarding with open kennels, private suites, luxury suites, pet grooming, play areas and a private play pool. The facility boasts 33,451 total square feet.

Beech Grove Police Training Center

The facility serves not only BGPD officers but also provides a valuable training resource for outside agencies. The center boasts an array of features designed to equip officers with the skills they need to excel in various situations. The centerpiece is a full 25-yard indoor shooting range, offering a controlled environment for firearms training.

A key feature of the training center is its sophisticated lighting system. Designed to ensure the most realistic training scenarios, the range offers a variety of lighting options. This allows officers to practice under conditions that mirror real-world situations, from low-light environments to encounters with flashing emergency vehicle lights.

Boone County REMC

Reconstruction of five key buildings: Administration, Warehouse, Training, Storage, and Service. The new facilities feature flexible, multi-use operational spaces, including break rooms, training areas, locker rooms, and a modern fitness center, all designed to support staff efficiency and well-being. The layout was optimized for high-traffic workflows, improving functionality across departments.

Brad’s Carwash

This project involved the ground-up construction of a modern, high-performance carwash facility, featuring a fully automated conveyor system designed for efficient vehicle throughput. The scope of work included comprehensive site development, from grading and utilities to paving and landscaping, ensuring full operational readiness.

Fishers Arts and Municipal

The center is a hub for both administrative functions and community arts experiences.

A pedestrian breezeway connects the building to the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater, fostering a seamless flow between civic and cultural activities. The ground floor features a flexible theater space suitable for government meetings and performances, alongside art exhibits and classes. Accessibility was a paramount concern, with gentle slopes, varied seating options, and ADA-compliant features throughout the building.

Fort Ben PX Building

Upgrades to the building included expansive new windows that optimize natural light, an exclusive and private outdoor patio area, new MEP systems, an expanded parking lot, and a new passenger elevator. The interior of the building was completed as a build-to-suit opportunity for new tenants.

Geist Montessori Academy

This $6 million educational facility was built to consolidate two separate campuses into a single, unified school. The campus features 15 modern classrooms, a full-size gymnasium, and dedicated space for a competitive robotics team, supporting a well-rounded academic experience.

Hubler Ford

This project included expansive site work to prep for the new facility. The scope of the new building features a showroom and office spaces, designed to accommodate both sales and service functions.

Hubler Honda

The dealership will feature a showroom and office spaces designed for both functionality and customer experience. Additionally, the development will consist of multiple buildings utilizing various building envelope types to meet specific design and operational requirements.

Indy 500 Festival Office

The office features essential utilities, two new HVAC units, and an open ceiling concept showcasing industrial charm. Reflecting the spirit of the 500 Festival and Hoosier culture, the space incorporates an Indy 500-inspired color scheme and offers functional areas including 12 offices, a conference room, restrooms, and a welcoming reception equipped with a fireplace and kitchenette.

Lucas Oil Corporate Headquarters

Lucas Oil’s new 70,000-square-foot, two-story global headquarters includes high-end finishes, premium employee amenities, and purpose-built spaces. Highlights of the new facility include:

+ A museum showcasing Lucas Oil’s involvement in motorsports and other sports, celebrating the company’s community contributions.

+ Themed meeting spaces named after company core values, like the “Courage” conference room, along with break rooms named after their products.

+ Offices for MAVTV, Lucas Oil’s motorsports-focused cable TV network, now operating out of the new headquarters.

This Indianapolis location was chosen to streamline operations with Lucas Oil’s manufacturing plants in Corydon, Indiana, consolidating all key operations within the state.

The fast-tracked renovation included site work, exterior façade enhancements, and a complete demolition and rebuild of the interior spaces.

Morgan County Judicial Campus

The campus features six courtrooms, jury deliberation areas, judges’ chambers with private restrooms, clerk workspaces, and secure circulation routes for staff and the public. A secure, enclosed garage bay provides controlled access for law enforcement vehicles, ensuring safe and discreet entry and exit.

A spacious, light-filled glass atrium serves as the main entry, overlooking a landscaped courtyard that creates an open, inviting atmosphere. The design balances transparency with security, ensuring visitors have a safe and accessible experience while preserving the dignity and authority of the judicial system.

Paige’s Music

This 50,735 square foot new construction facility was built for Paige’s Music. The design of the facility was constructed to allow for an expansion of the musical instrument storage, provide a state of the art instrument repair shop, as well as a main lobby with instrument sale and rental displays, along with private testing rooms.

Royal Splash Carwash

The car wash was designed and built to meet modern standards for functionality, durability, and customer convenience, contributing to the growth of high-quality commercial car wash developments in the region.

Suburban North Club

Suburban North Club is a new construction project in Noblesville, IN. The building incorporates large open meeting rooms with foldable partition walls to customize each space to the occupants’ needs, private meeting rooms, board room, kitchen and lounge. The facility boasts 6,127 total square feet.

Woodland Country Club

The project featured the construction of a 3,026-square-foot Golf Training Building and a 1,378-square-foot Tennis Pavilion.

Additional improvements included new lighting systems, landscaping enhancements, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical installations to support the facility’s operations. The project also incorporated upgrades to the driving range tee box, cart path network, and new court asphalt surfacing.

CEDIA- Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association

This facility is a new 40,000 square foot 3 story global head quarters for CEDIA. This was a design build project for us where we were the electrical engineer and contractor of record. The building is full of the latest in technological advancements for automated lighting control, building automation, and smart home technology. The first floor includes an experience center with living room, bedroom, bathroom, and home theater, showcasing the latest in smart home technology.

Indiana Math & Science Academy Charter School

Indiana Math and Science Academy included the addition of a 9,387 square foot gymnasium and the buildout of 14,387 square feet of classroom space for students of the charter school.

Prime Car Wash

We have been proud to be the electrical engineer and contractor of record for all of the Prime Carwash facilities in the Indy area. Prime Carwash now has locations in Fishers, Carmel, Avon, Greenwood, and Noblesville. They boast full service exterior wash and wax, full interior detail bay, and café for customers to relax and wait for their vehicles.

Woodland Bowl

Woodland bowl included a full renovation of the 80,000 square foot existing bowling alley. The renovation included a 2 story laser tag zone, retractable wall for private party area that spans 14 lanes, updated arcade zone, and general updates to the facility.
